In the finished gauge photos you will notice the absence of the Kirkham KK which is an option and the removal of LED turn signal indicators as well. Shallower dial placement as well

I would be interested in the complete set up if you could provide a tach 0 to 10,000.

Thanks Tom

I am in Salt Lake City today and went to see the Kirkham shop and saw these gauges live. Wow, they look much better in person than on the pictures. I was on the fence, but now I like them! I like them with the Kirkham emblem and writing but without the turn signal and high beam LEDs. They are all electric and the wires are so neatly run to the engine compartment and have all the propoer connectors on them. Very nice!

Yeah Its really hard to relay a how crisp and sharp these look in the Cobra dash in a two dimensional picture. Lit up or in person the three dimensional aspect really takes hold. The look is really clean and best of all they are accurate.

Guys these are really nice once you see them in person installed....you'll see its like everything else Kirkham Engineering does

David...please take him for a ride on Squaw Peak. That should answer all of his questions.

Nice looking gauges, Rick! Do the oil and water temp come with sending units and wire to do a complete install?

From my understanding yes.

Here is a ruddy shot of original Smiths guages vintage 1960...at that time they had the two tone look going, during restoration I removed all these guages and overhauled them as well as cleaning the faces, the rest I polished out or had rechromed. The combination guage on the left was a tricky one to get operating correctly.

Any new developments on these gauges?

These gauges are now being installed in KMP Cars. The gauges are currently available for sale and we are developing a website for ordering them. We expect to have this completed soon. We are designing FIA sets and Gauges for the GT40. We have been writing press releases getting gauges out to those who have ordered them though CC. Others interested can contact me if you have any questions (801)678-8222

Rick, Can I see a shot of the gauges in the dark so I know what the backlighting looks like?

Great gauges. I'm planning an injected SBF, BTW. No problems supplying an appropriate fuel pressure gauge?

What is the OD of the Gauges, both including and excluding the bezel?

Thanks!

Xybram 01-16-2007 12:03 PM

Rick,
How are these gauges lit? Does your price include senders? What is the upcharge for having Kirkham logo removed? Can you put in other logos like FF5?

Thanks
Chris
