To David: Have you ever sold a Kirkham to a Canadian customer?

I'm aware that Transport Canada specifically prohibits the importation of kit cars into Canada, whether assembled or unassembled I think. However, I also know that Factory Five and Superformance have managed to sell their kits here, so there must be a way of getting them in.

Has Kirkham ever sold one of its cars to a customer in Canada? I'd love to hear that it's possible to obtain one of these fabulous cars one day.

We have sold cars that customers have taken into Canada. We did not ship to Canada, the customers came here and picked them up. They told me they had to do special paperwork but they all got it through. I do not have any specific details on what they did, however.
