Cobra Make, Engine: Kirkham 427 & 289 (KMP 090 & KMPS 040) and need a Kirkham GT-40

If we get one more person (specifically, a Kirkham Brother) to agree to the "GT40" they can start tooling up and I can take delivery of KMSGT40-001 next February at the Summit.
