remeber the builder on arville? mid 90's

there was a builder on arville between russel and trop until probably 98 or so maybe later. Does anyone remeber? What kits did he use? What was the name ?

Late on a saturday night he loss control of a customers car on arville and plowed into 4 cars or so ........thats the story anyways, I wasn t there.

btw where is breakfast? how about a location with the name?

Breakfast is at Boulevard Grill (across from South coast Casino south of town on Las Vegas Blvd.)

I remember him being there. It's right down th street from where I work. I drove by there once but never went in so I don't remember what kind of cars he built. I once heard a rumor that he moved out to the race track. I hadn't heard about the accidents.
