Upcomming Vegas Cobras Events
Here's what's planned for the next couple of "Regular, 3rd Saturday" club meetings:
March 15th: We'll meet with the Ferrari and Lotus clubs at the Hooters @ Sunset Station at 1:00pm. Activities before 1:00 are to be determined. If anyone has any recommendations, let me know.
April 19th: Dyno day at the Speedway along with Time w/Tom of Tom's Motorsports. We'll meet at 8:00 am at the Iron Skillet at the Speedway then take turns at NRP's dyno. When not on the dyno, Tom will have his shop open for a tour along with films and shop talk. For those that don't know, Tom is the area "expert" on Cobras and runs a couple of Shelby Cobra Spec Racers.
Other upcoming eventsMarch 1-2 Track days with the SCCA/Porsche Club at Spring Mtn. Ranch in Pahrump. Several of us are running and others will be coming out after breakfast to watch and lend support.
April 4-6 An event with the AZ Cobras is in the works. We'll post more info here as this develops. Stay tuned for more....
