LCS needs website help... BAD!
Basically, we need some on to create a new site that automates more of the processes needed to register, buy raffle tickets, etc to cut down on the HUGE amount of manual labor we do now. And then of course, administer the site and/or hand it off to someone that can. We have a professional designer that has volunteered their service so now we need some one that can actually implement.
