These guys have to drop this nonsense. Any document can be forged. All of the hospital documents can be forged. Who's going to step up and say that what they come up isn't what they remember it looked like. Unless they have an unaltered film strip of Obamamama laying in the hospital with her legs in the air and a little brown head coming out with the backdrop of the African countryside behind them then they better just hang it up.

I was thinking about it today, while working on the ERA. There is only ONE "real" birth certificate. Everything else has GOT to be a copy of some kind. It does sound rather risky to take the "one" and start passing it around to new's hounds, pundits, lawyers and such , who will without a doubt, "make a copy" of it. How ironic is that! By the time everyone is done dealing with the "real" one it will be dog eared, torn, smudged and fingerprints all over.
...and will STILL be declared a forgery by the birthers! No freakin' way Obama can win this without some doubt remaining some way. I guess that's why they have "certified copies" and a letter from Mom. :) |

I don't think he will be removed from office, but I do hope that this whole circus results in all candidates are required by law to present whatever required proof of legal ability to run for what ever office they are running for to the public. This should be from President down to local officials. If it is against the law to be mayor when you have a felony, you must present your entire criminal record to the public. President would have a lot of material to present before running, but it comes with the territory.
The reason I don't think he will be removed is the State of Hawaii has gone on official record stating the the original does exist in Hawaii. This case is effectively challenging a State Law, but not attacking the State, so even if it is not legitimate, Obama's team will have that State declaration on their side. |
