Default Antique Motorcycles

Mentioned in The Hartford ( CT ) Courant , regarding Antique Motorcycles:

" Shovelhead US (formally Jakaroo's Shovelhead Alley) was created to fill a void on the internet in finding a collection of pictures of classic Harley Iron. It has been expanded to include more history of the Shovelhead years as well as other features to help spread the word of the best HD's on the road. Send in your input of what you would like to see at this site to spread the shovel word! "

New Jersey in the winter, nylon shirt, cord pants, and extra hair upon the body. Sounds like a recipe for a big time electrical shock to me. Plus the sound of those cords as you walk drives people nuts!! Scriich, scriich, scriich! Almost as bad as the sound of the gear clash when you shift a Harley with a tank shifter that is 3 feet away from the tranny!

Nice picture Roscoe!

That's a 53 Indian Chief 80 in flathead on a 37 frame and a 37 leaf spring front end.

I stand corrected. And the nylon shirt, cord pants comment stands. I had the same outfit. Felt like a 220 volt charge when answering the front door.
