Mass. Senate Race: With 69 Percent of Precincts Reporting, Brown Holds 53 to 46 Percent Lead Over Coakle
|
Coakley has thrown in the towel !!!!
Bye Bye ObamaCare !!! :) |
Ted Kennedy is turning over in his grave.
|
:LOL:Ted needs to scoot over and make room for Ernie.
|
Ernie should not be left alone tonight.
|
...only a bump in the road, now let's get down to business and get this bill through before that back stabber can get his foot in the door! :)
I fear the larger battle has not really changed, the Demo's have done a remarkable job of screwing over themselves with all their arguing BEFORE Brown became an issue. Perhaps this will be the catalyst to finally pull them together?! |
I think what they just saw in regard to voter sentiment will do nothing to pull them together. Thinks they see a sinking ship!
SPANKED IN THE MASS! What a great headline tommorow. |
The only thing they need to do to insure their full destruction is to try to force the Senate bill through or pull some shenanigans in seating the new Senator.
It's not that we're against health care. I'll bet there are dozens here who would pony up to get a certain member a rectal exam. But they'd have to get him to move his head first. |
I think the Democrats have started running for the exits. The Democrat way under Obama has proven to be the wrong way.
|
Why is Brown a "backstabber?"
I used to live in Mass. If a republican can win a national seat there, and not only ANY seat, but Ted's seat, then now more than ever I believe that there is indeed a growing swell agains Obama and his insane social policies. This is real folks. Pelosi is pissing all over herself at this moment trying to convince the House to accept the Senate's bill "as is". Union labor is screwed, the Amish, well, never mind that and the abortion folks are up in arms. Tomorrow will be a banner day in the news. No doubt, machinations are under way to slow down Brown's certification. Lawyers are lining up to file law suits (for whatever). Massachusetts is busy crafting new laws that forbade a new Senator from being sworn in during special elections. You name it. You will see it. The North is a changin'! THis is a most excellent turn of events. Bet Freddie is laughing his arse off!! Aroooooogha! Mike |
This is only a minor victory. The Elite Socialists will fight harder in future to maintain their power and agenda. If we want to take our country back we should just smile at this victory and start prepping for the next battle. This game is in the record book. The next opponent needs to be the focus now! IT WILL GET TOUGHER.
And ALL incumbents need to KNOW, ALL politicians are fair game. The US must return to sanity. |
It's going to be interesting to see what the Dem's do with this all right!
Nuclear option? Hmmm, that would almost certainly mean more seats lost in the mid terms. Agree on the current bill and just go with it as is? I don't think there is enough agreement between the Dems to get-r-done that way. I suspect the only realistic option is to delay swearing the back stabber into office. Oh, why is he a back stabber? Simple, aren't ALL Republicans? :) :) :) |
With Obummer's track record,I sure am hoping he plans on getting back out stumping for some more Candidates for the mid-terms elections. :)

Anthony, that was cold changing my quote. Cold,,, but funny. :)
Anyway, I think this is it for the health bill. Demo's would be commiting mass suicide if they take the Nuclear option. While a few may agree to do that, it will be a very few. Self survival is a stronger instinct than party unity. So they delay Brown's signing in to gain more time to reconcile the differences in the two bills? That will buy some time, but not enough time for them to come together. This thing was hanging by a thread already, it's all but certainly dead now. Oh the humanity!!!!:CRY::CRY: |

Mike, Don't read this wrong - this is NOT a vote for Republicans, pro-life, or anti gay marriage. This is a vote AGAINST the DNC and Obama not doing what was promised, and against the health care bill and fiscal irresponsibility. The GOP, in their infinite stupidity, did not learn from the electorate when they lost a bunch of seats - 'they stayed the course' and lost a lot more the next election. We will see if the DNC is smarter, but I would not bet on it. Steve |
Excellent point about staying the course. I won't hold my breath the Demo's will change course anytime soon...

Naaaah... that won't happen until the religious nuts and big business give up control of the party. |

Not likely. He is still wrapped up in his own greatness to consider anything the people do or think as being of any importance. Ron ;) |
