Strategic planning, 1) live someplace where you don't have a lawn. 2) Only wear shorts, tank tops & sandles ( fewer cloth to wash). 3) buy a Chrysler product that has a lifetime warrnaty. Basically, don't own anything that might need maintenance...... that could mean getting rid of the old lady and the dog.
