Need help regarding memory lane classics MN

Hello
I live in australia and im using Memory Lane Classics in MN to build a eleanor for me, ive been given the run around by them, i have over $120k invested in the car and about another $100k in other things with him, i cant get photos,the car is 12 months late, i cant get $$$ returned or anything, can someone please help me as i think im being scammed.
