That should be a mandatory video for all high school driving classes. We have laws against doing it here but they won't enforce them. I even see the police driving along with their cell phones in their ear.

I agree. They should make every student driver watch this video.
Of course, we all saw the "Pot" video that said users would turn into Zombies.
