Where's the prospectus? I think investors ought to be able to inspect the plans beforehand.

It was some dingbat broad wanting donations toward her breast enlargement....and like twobjshelbys said there was no offer of any inspection of the site before or after the work was done, not a very enticing offer..............................LOL.
