Great Goofs

I was doing a project today and carelessly ripped open a package of parts. The installation directions were printed on the bag I just ripped open. That was Dumb!!

It got me thinking of other stupid things I have done around the house. Anyone else want to share?

I can't think of any more of my blunders off hand, I must have pushed them to the deep, black hole of my memory because I know they exist.
