Man, I got this thing for my wife on Christmas because she wanted to get one of the workout programs. I got the sports game which has boxing/table tennis/bowling/volleyball/track and field. I played that damned thing for two hours or more. Boxing mostly, and I have to tell you, the thing wore my a$$ out! I play basketball three nights a week, so I'm not exactly completely out of shape, but my shoulders/arms/cardio got a serious work out. Great fun and great work out!

The boxing game is awesome. A real workout. Bowling is very realistic

Volleyball and table tennis are pretty good also. Boxing is a hellava good workout though.
