I ran the test in your link, then ran this one; AT&T High Speed Internet Speed Test

They were almost identical. My connection tends to work pretty good. When I have a slowdown, I restart my access point and it's usually fine after that. BTW, I run the AT&T U-Verse internet connection with their wireless network gear.
