New Toy
I got the motorcycle bug as of late and set out to hunt down a sport-touring bike. I rode for many miles in my youth and owned a GT550 suzi triple two-stroke, a suzi GS1000SN Wes Cooley replica and an Yamaha xj900. Gave it all up to raise a family.
I was originally searching for a Yamaha FJ13000, Kawasaki Concours or BMW but in my hunt, I came across this bad boy in Tennessee. Rode it 1250 miles back through the Blue Ridge mountains. As far as I know, its the only production bike with an articulated front end. Front end was designed by American, James Parker who is still developing this technology. It's a 94 Yamaha GTS1000 and is an incredible ride. I was actually looking at an owners GS1100G when I noticed this amongst his herd. Now it has a new home.
