Is this the grand daddy of the cobra?

1953 sita 208S Berton Spyedr I know that the 1939 BMW spider that is in Mike Fanles show room is even closer. Mike said that there is a trail from the BMW to the AC but Wheres this car fit in? Or is this a repurposed BMW?
