An old man decided to buy a Cobra....
An old man decided to buy a Cobra. A memory of younger days.
As he went down the highway, he floored it to 80 and smiled. Then he saw, in his rear view mirror, a state trooper chasing him. He went faster! But then he realized that wasn't right, and he stopped.
The trooper came up to the window, looked at his watch and said "Sir, my shift ends in 30 mins. If you can give me a good reason why you were speeding that I haven't heard before, I won't give you a ticket."
The man paused then said " years ago my wife ran off with a state trooper. When I saw you coming up behind me I thought you were bringing her back."
"Have a good day sir" said the trooper, and left.
