We got his ads in Phoenix in the 70s to lure folks from Tex Earnhardt who ran similar style ads.

We had moved to AZ in 1978 and Cal had his ads going. Pretty shortly afterwards he was run out of town. Seems there was something about clocking odometers or some such thing. I know, I know....hard to believe. ....
