I was going to post an image but it is too big ;(

392cobra 08-22-2007 08:58 AM

Are y'all saying y'all don't like looking at a picture of a horny female in a thong ???

Ron61 08-22-2007 10:01 AM

Steve,

If your image is to large either use the Image Resizer program to resize it or if you don't have that, will it go into your gallery or Photo Shop? I don't think Image Resized will work with Windows Vista but they may have upgraded it. Otherwise any of us with the old antique computers would be happy to resize it for you and sent it back in the size you want. :)

Fred,

I just think the thong should have been PINK. Also that size is a little on the large side to be running around with Frenchy.

Ron :JEKYLHYDE

4RE KLR 08-22-2007 11:12 AM

no no no no we did not say that at all

4RE KLR 08-22-2007 11:14 AM

OK I'll put it in my gallery

wtm442 08-22-2007 11:33 AM

Steve
You can spend all day laying concrete, while I ride around trying to tear it up! :JEKYLHYDE :JEKYLHYDE **) **)

Well, the Walpole (MA) Little League team lost this AM   Their OUT! Everyone on TV says the TX team is really good.

I'm really getting tired of this weather. Its sunny and 70°F outside. Guess I'll have to waste some MORE gas and go for a ride! Woe is me. And tomorrow the temperature is supposed to skyrocket up to about 75°F but there should be some clouds to keep this heat wave in check.

Fred - I was going to mention the horny thing in a previous post, but I'm too nice a person to stoop to that low level like Frenchy. Was it really difficult to put the thong on her ... did you whisper sweet nothings in her ear?

4RE KLR 08-22-2007 11:37 AM

Go for it Warren,
"Tear it up, We'll pour more"

Some pics are in my gallery

Ron61 08-22-2007 11:39 AM

Warren,

A couple of pictures that I took. Not nearly what I wanted to be taking though. That darn wheel is going to cost a fortune not to mention the tire. But you can see what was left of the 12" wide tire after it exploded.

Ron :p

4RE KLR 08-22-2007 11:43 AM

Ron,
I'll bet a good wheel shop could fix that. I have seen a lot worse ones come out looking brand new for a lot less $$$$

Ron61 08-22-2007 11:50 AM

:)

Steve,

We don't have any good wheel shop anywhere around here. I just got home from Bills and he said he talked to them and they said that the rim should not be straightened with the way that one ding is in it, but if he sends it back to them they can cut the inner rim off at the center where it is welded and weld a complete new inner rim on. It will cost some but not as much as a new one and I would rather do this than wonder if they tried to straighten that place if it was going to break the seal on a hard turn and let air out. So I think I am going that route. He has the new intake ordered for the carb set up and now all we have to worry about is will the bubble in the hood clear. If not, then I will have to have it enlarged like my friend did his when he was racing it and went to the high rise set up. Then get the wheels aligned and get that loose connector in the wiring tracked down and fixed and the car will be in good shape.

wtm442 08-22-2007 12:09 PM

Holy _ _ _ _ (Fill in any swear word). Glad that you did not destroy the car!

Well, I gotta go for a ride now. The temperature has finally gone down from that wicked 70°F to 68°F in the last couple of hours. Maybe it might snow tonight :JEKYLHYDE :JEKYLHYDE :JEKYLHYDE

Ron61 08-22-2007 12:23 PM

:o

Warren,

Enjoy the ride. I am really starting to get envious of you and your weather plus you have a car. I guess it is time for me to contact the Mt. Shasta Goddess about your area and see if something can't be done.

As for the tire, I was only doing about 20 MPH when it exploded as I was in bumper to bumper traffic. If I could have gotten right off the street I don't think the wheel would have been hurt, but it sure blew the valve stem out of the wheel. :(

Ron :)

trularin 08-22-2007 01:03 PM

Ron, where did you get that avitar????

Got a new carb!!

Now all I have to do is swap the secondary spring and the auto choke.

:D :D :D

trularin 08-22-2007 01:06 PM

Looking at those pictures, it is a lot more yellow in real life than the picture shows. Here's the engine it sits on.

http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d...6636eng-1b.jpg

It is closer to that yellow.

:D :D

Ron61 08-22-2007 01:17 PM

Tru,

That is a nice looking carb. and I am glad that you have finally received it. Now you will soon be like Warren and riding all the time. Tony did send me the site and name of the people that made the wheels for my car and I sent it on to Bill so he can contact them. They were custom made and there is a picture of them on the site. He also has the same tires there that he put on them. So he and Bill can decide if he should just make a new wheel or have that one sent back and try to take the inner rim off and put a new one on. Dam custom stuff anyway. :(

The avatar I came across on Clicksmilies.com. I was just tired of the moose and looking around for something different.

Ron :)

trularin 08-22-2007 03:37 PM

It runs well!!!

I had to change over the choke and secondary pull, but she runs great!!

Dang, Now I need to pull the side pipe and get it welded up.

:D :D :D

wtm442 08-22-2007 04:37 PM

Tru
I always wondered why you ordered a yellow carb, but now I understand after seeing the motor. Looks good. Not too many people have their carbs color co-ordinated. Now you can tell people that you Cobra is a very rare model. What is the carb model #?

Get those pipes welded. I just got mine welded a couple of weeks ago, although it was just the rear support brackets.

Had to wear my jacket again this afternoon. Temp about 65°F inland (where I went) and about 60°F at my house. This August weather is definitely strange. I especially like the reduced electricity bill without the AC running all month.

wtm442 08-22-2007 04:53 PM

Steve
I tried to tear up some roads today, but I was not successful. But it was fun trying

4RE KLR 08-22-2007 06:46 PM

Grea clip Warren.

Maybe I need to move up in your neck of the woods and put down some more concrete.

Nice Carb Tru. It will look good on the engine. I also painted the carbs on mine. Look in my gallery for the engine pictures.

Ron61 08-23-2007 05:40 AM

:o

Good morning all. they need a tired smiley on here. It is already 78 degrees at 2:45 AM. I got the name of the place that made my wheels yesterday and it is in Torrence, Calif. Called Pete and he told me to have Bill ship the wheel back and he thinks he can take the inner part off and put a new one on and then he said he would polish and clean the front part. He has a small website and it has all the steps he uses in making the wheels and Tony was there while he made mine so he used those as his demonstration. He said he remembers Tony well. Bill said he would try to call him yesterday after lunch and get the wheel packed and ready to ship down there. Strange thing is, I would like to have the car to drive but it really doesn't bother me much that I don't. I think my age, whatever it is has really started to catch up with me. Like in the movies, I may just turn into a pile of dust all of a sudden one of these days. :)
