That the human race will somehow reach a higher level of knowledge (equal to the aliens who happen to be our watchers and/or caretakers) and will reinvade us. :eek:
Although, I do believe there's some myth about frogs and turtles in there somewhere too...:JEKYLHYDE

It does have to do with aliens ... not with turtles nor frogs.
