Found in Big Barn
NY guy retires and wants to move to Europe. He finds a place in Portugal that has been empty for ten-fifteen years. Owner died without heirs and the place was undesireable as the house was not the best and they had this big ugly barn on the property with the doors welded shut.
In fifteen years nobody had broken the welds. So he basically bought it for back taxes and went to work on the doors.
