Warren,

To bad most of the posts aren't anything that would help anyone. I am to dumb to know much about most of the technical questions in the other forums.

Ron hits 10K posts and the site crashes!

Must be the Mt Shasta Goddess on the warpath.

Mike seems to have dropped off the car sites. I used to see him over on the Fairlane Site but haven't for over a year now. Also he hasn't answered my last two e-mails so I figured he has other things going on in his life.

By the way, Warren, the Mt. Shasta goddess has informed me that you have snow headed your way and a very cold and bitter Winter. He He!!

Just as long as she deposits some of the white stuff on Tru's head on the way to the right coast, I'll be OK.

Time to go to a car show. The temp outside is all the way up to 48°F

This morning was our first one that it was into the 40s. It was 48 when I got up and is supposed to have a high today of around 78 I think. We need an early rainy season with a lot of rain.

It has really cooled off here too this morning.
By the time I got back into the house from picking up the newspaper from the front lawn I wished I'd put a t-shirt on.
Dropped all the way down to 73.

Fred,

What do you think of the see through frogs they are coming up with now? Are you going to have Frenchy treated so you can see what she is thinking?

If what she thinks is in any way close to the way she speaks and acts,I don't think so.

That paper talks about them needing recessive genes for this to work.Well, she has plenty of those to share.

"While the researchers relied on artificial insemination, they said that genetic engineering could also produce transparent and even illuminating frogs."

I ran this by her and didn't get a positive response. Not big on "artifical".

But I did, and still, learn a lot from you. In how to act and be a more pleasant electronic forum member... and in the rest of my life too. You're the king of mature restraint here and I think others would agree.

And yet you have a great subtle sense of humor overall and in your cool, often funny, retort to some heavy stuff. So, I know, we know... you see. So thanks, Ron.

And congratulations, by the way, too. Wow... 10,000+ valuable posts...

Mike,

I would love to but with no car and the price of gas going up daily, I couldn't afford to drive much if I had a car. I try to walk some but now the weather is starting to get windy and cold with a few sprinkles thrown in. It isn't the pasty color that I need to get rid of, it is the 35 pounds of fat.

Bernie,

You were a great help. I owe it all to you and a couple of others. But I thought that I had wrecked CC as it crashed just after I got that post. I guess it is hard to handle two people like Ernie and I being at the top.
