Not to steal the thread, but cinnamon has health benefits. Also I lived with a Mexican woman for 5 years, and they put cinnamon in their coffee. That's how I started with cinnamon....LOLOLOLOL, and it taste good too 1/2 a stick for 10 cups of brew
