No, I have used Crap Cleaner and it won't delete the Prefetch files. I have tried most of the free cleaners and am using Ad Aware at the present, but the best cleaner that I have used is the one that is in the McAfee Security Center 8.0. I have one cleaner that I bought that came from Germany but it is to aggressive unless you are careful it will take out DLL files that you need.
