Ron,
I was watching the special on the Tsunami again last night. Seems like Mother Nature is in a bad MOOOOODDDDD!

John,
I watched it again also. It is amazing at just how powerful nature can be. Nothing that we can build can stand up to it unless nature lets it. Unless maybe the Pyramids. And just how many of our buildings using modern technology do you think will be standing in 4,000 years.

I also watched the Tsunami show on TV. Great minds think alike. Over 100 channels on my TV and I watch a show I have seen twice before ... cuz there ain't nothin' but crap on most channels.

I would guess that at least 85% of my TV watching is the history channels, Sci Fi, Discovery, and various documentaries. I just don't like the new junk they have on and won't bother with it. And as they put out more and more from the old archives, I really learn far more than I ever did in school and find out a lot of what I did learn then was wrong. I tried to tell them but they wouldn't listen to an old man in the 4th grade.

U.T.,
We may never have met in person but I feel as if I know you. We have the same tastes in TV except I don't watch the Food Channel. I watch two History Channels and a couple of the Discovery Channels instead. And the Tech channel from time to time depending on what they have on. I like all the stuff that is being released now under the Freedom of Information Act, plus they are finding new things underground and under the sea every day it seems. I don't think we are as advanced now as the human race was 10,000 years ago. Being as my race left me here op this rock to watch it mature, I am starting to wish I could remember where I hid my recall beacon so I could call them to come take me home. Even us Ancient ones get old and tired.

And our weather just gets worse. We need the rain and snow but not in the way this is happening. Storms close California roads - Yahoo! News
