Nice list. Most times I just do not press any buttons when first asked. Many of the automated systems have a default of switching call to live person for people that still have rotary phones.

If the automated operator goes thru the list again, press "0"

That usually gets me to a live operator about 80 to 90% of the time.

When I was working I programmed in a two digit code that would bypass all of the menus but that is long gone history now. I noticed on some of these you press 7 or 4 to get to a human. So they have changed the digit interpreter tables.

It is on the list. Just alphabetize the list and it is easier to find things.

It doesn't work for me this morning either. It was on the Today's Top Headline list yesterday so they have most likely taken it down. I printed out all 18 pages of it and will look after while and see if I can find the direct link and post it. Sorry about that.
