Ok, so here's what i'm thinking. The room with the main power panel is located just below the room with the bad looking j-box. So what I'd like to do is run 1 large wire up to that room to an upstairs fuse panel. From there, branch it out to the individual rooms which there are 3 large bedrooms and 1 small bedroom, hallway, and then the attic section on the 2nd floor which will become the game room, and the 3rd floor attic which just has 1 or 2 lights and the furnace for the 2nd floor which is propane so it shoudn't use much power.

As far as insulation goes, it's going to be a VERRRRY busy summer. I'm going to hit the areas that i think are hurting me the most first. So I'm going to hit the floors and the attic areas first. I'm not sure how to attack the walls yet. I don't want to start a fire!!! haha
