I still have some fond memories of when I was in the state police academy. I returned several years later as an instructor, and enjoyed those years as well. Congratulations, and best of luck in your career to come.

Josh,

That is great news and I am very happy for you. I hope that your time at the academy goes fast and well. but after what you have been through almost anything would be easy. Best wishes and thanks for all you have done for the rest of us.

Ron

Default Way to go!!!!

fsstnotch I am gald the things are working out for you. Be careful the last couple of days, no hero or silly stuff. The uniform will be a different color but you are still doing a very important job. Don't forget to warn the wife to remove all the breakables out of the bedroom. It's great you will be getting to send alot more time with your kid. I hope you can make some of the cobra shows in the future, mybe Carlisle next year. It would be nice to meet you and buy you a lunch for the sacrifice you made for all of us. Rick Lake

I'm Excited! I was HOPING to make LCS anyways, but it was going to be tight. It's only about 4 hrs from my house so I'm probably just going to come down for saturday. I've got my raffle tickets. Winning the SPF is probably the only way i'll own a cobra anytime soon. Waaaay too much else going on right now for me to spend my cobra moneys. Between me making a career change and my wife wanting to go back to school so she can further her career. ahh, hard work now will pay off long term.

I'm going to try to get my wife to request the day off, but if not, my daughter and I will come down. She LOVES the cars!

So which day, saturday or sunday?

Stay safe and welcome home. Thanks for all you do for us. Make it to London or tell us why not and see what happens.
