Having fired 4 shots with a shotgun and not hitting the man even 1 time, I'd say he is either a REALLY bad shot or he was intentionally trying to miss!

I don't blame him a bit. I'd do the same thing if it happened repeatedly in a short period of time and no actions were taken!
