One Of Few Tribes Left
This link shows some pictures taken of one of the few tribes left in the world that have not been contacted by anyone. The pictures were taken from the air. Two of them are aiming a bow and arrow at the helicopter.

The same thing happened to us here in North Dakota a few years ago. First a bird (plane) flew over and next thing you know, some out-of-stater dropped by and started taxing us. Ignorance was bliss, let me tell you.
It's too cold for going naked here so we all had red and blue jumpsuits on like some in the tribe picture. We had bows and arrows, but would never shoot up in the air like that since there are dang few trees here making arrows quite valuable. We do have deep grass everywhere, since all the buffalo died and arrows land, I know not where, you know. More than one warrior has painfully stepped in a prairie dog hole while looking for his arrow. Prairie dogs taste like chicken, by the way.
Since then, we have gotten the internet which has brought us more up to date and helped us avoid being pushed into Montana or Canada. Not that we couldn't take 'em.
Just kidding, having a little fun.
Good post, Ron. I didn't know that uncontacted people existed anymore.
P.S. We're taking donations so as to remain natural and unsullied.

Wes,
Boy are you ever fortunate that they discovered you and made you part of the human race. Those tribes really surprised me also as I didn't know there were any left that some person hadn't managed to meddle with. Personally I wish they would stop the logging and leave them alone.
And by the way, when I receive your signed check, I will send you part of what I fill in for your donation.

By any chance, are you a member of the famous Figawi tribe?

Why don't we parachute in a team consisting of Mormons,Jehovahs Witnesses, lawyers and Liberals.
And then come back in 6 months and see what's left of them. The Indians, that is.

Bill,
They were here early on. They taste like chicken but need a lot of salt etc.
Not me for Chief Crazy Cat. I normally try to blend into the herd, something I wisely learned from watching leading buffalo be the first ones over the cliff.

Warren,
Funny you should mention the Fugawi. Quite a few Mormons,Jehovahs Witnesses, lawyers and Liberals were looking for them (Where the Fugawi?) and we all have wondered what they (Fugawi) taste like since we ran out of buffalo. Prairie dog, day in and day out, gets old if you know what I mean.

Ron,
It's OK to log. They can teach them to be Axemen and leave a little for seed like they probably aren't doing now. These folks probably understand that better than the intruders. That part of the world grows just about anything about three times as fast as elsewhere as long as they don't 100% clearcut.

Wes,
I think they do clear cutting in that part of the world. But I still think they should be stopped short of invading the last natural habitat of a tribe that has it far better than they would if we went in to improve their lives.
But maybe not. Just look at how yours has improved since you got civilized by the outsiders.

Only about 24 confirmed uncontacted tribes, but still amazing. There are also quite a few in Indonesia.

I think it mainly meant they have never been bothered by any other race such as politicians, lawyers, & etc.

Excellent point, Fred.
Although, I think Ron may have hit it regarding politicians.
If the IRS doesn't have their address ...they are "uncontacted".

Yea, just look at what happened to North Dakota once the IRS learned about them.

Perry,
I strongly suspect that the uncontacted I was joking about is far different than what the official's define uncontacted as.
By their definition I wouldn't be surprised if there were not more .
Otherwise how would you know if they are uncontacted unless you made contact and asked them. Then you have to put them on the contacted list.
