Freudian Slip - "My Muslim faith..." - Obama
Barry Obama has slipped on his own faith by saying "John McCain has not... talked about... My muslim faith"
Of which Stephanopolous carried the water and corrected him by saying "Christian faith". I think this is a VERY telling freudian slip by Barrack. Its at the 10:52am part of the ABC This Week show. Obama needs George Stephanopolous to keep him straight on what faith he holds? This needs to be U-tubed and replayed all over this land. |
Transcript:
Obama: What I was suggesting, you're absolutely right that John McCain has not, uh, talked about my Muslim faith and you're absolutely right that that is not... Stephanopoulos: Christian faith. Obama: My, my Christian faith, and, well, what I'm saying is he hasn't suggested that I'm a Muslim. (cross talk by Stephanopoulos could not be distinguished.) Context: Stephanopoulos was asking about Obama saying yesterday Republicans are saying he's a Muslim and the McCain campaign denying that they are doing that. After the transcribed exchange Obama acknowledged the 'upper echelons' of the McCain campaign were not doing that but he accused others in the Republican party of doing so. |

The truth - it was posted and, yes, you can see it on Utube.
BO thinks like a Muslim, he believes that he's a Muslim and occasionally that fact comes right out of his own mouth. |
What's with you guys?, just posting to be posting?.

granted the comments themselves are a weak case to accuse of an islamic
mindset. however coupled with: 1. father was muslim 2. lived in a muslim country 3. went to a muslim school 4. hob-nobs with nation of islam followers 5. reverend wright was a nation of islam follower\leader before he became a christian pastor(loosely defined) and quite radical i would say, and this is purely opinion, he has more muslim tendancies than christian ones. i would consider the man a closet muslim and a clear and present danger to all americans and the american way of life. so back to the original u tube clip i would call it a slip of the truth which is substantiated by his lack of ability to speak without his handlers feeding him thru the teleprompter. i will sit back now and let the libs wine and name call and tell me about george bush who we all know is running for president. |
Without his teleprompter and when he's one-on-one, there's a lot of...I...I..I...I...I...ah..ah..ah...ah....ok..... .ok.....ok.

Do you not think Snopes has their own political agenda? read Obama vs. McCain's citizenship requirements.... yes, people are that "dumb" to jump on the bandwagon (or against the bandwagon) when it justifies their "feelings" (For Example : Al Gore and his Inconvenient Truth (BS); Solar Panels and Wind Turbines(BS); Hybrid Cars (BS); DDT (BS)) |
Millions, that's right millions believe 'O'NO! is 'primarily' a muslim in liberal clothing. He has a history, and it leans in an area most folks want nothing to do with. That is, the folks that haven't been taken in by his silver tongue.

"I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction," says Obama".
The actual quote from the book is from page 261 and is as follows: "Of course, not all my conversations in immigrant communities follow this easy pattern. In the wake of 9/11, my meetings with Arab and Pakistani Americans, for example, have a more urgent quality, for the stories of detentions and FBI questioning and hard stares from neighbors have shaken their sense of security and belonging. They have been reminded that the history of immigration in this country has a dark underbelly; they need specific reassurances that their citizenship really means something, that America has learned the right lessons from the Japanese internments during World War II, and that I will stand with them should the political winds shift in an ugly direction." |
I could care less about a candidates religious persuasion, as long as what ever it is, he is Amercian first.
If someone kills an American, what ever his god, he needs to make sure that that "Righteous Hand of GOD" comes smacking down on the perps who did the ugly deed. I don't want another "Christian" Jimmy Carter "Like" president who is afraid of his own shadow. He was such a wimp...and a Jew hating wimp at that. |

McCain-Palin are headed for a big time win in November. Perhaps you should state that you will leave the country if that perhaps and we will start a collection to send you on your way. |
I view you as anti-America and a buggerin' liberal.
Firas Ahmad comments on "Our Obama Problem" at altmuslim.com. "But for many reasons, Muslims are one constituency Obama does not want to court. With a wink and a nod, Obama's Muslim supporters continue to work for a candidate who cannot afford to wink back at them. Given his perceived "closeness" to Islam, and the fact that he shares a name with a former Iraqi dictator, it could be strategic suicide for the Obama campaign to vocally acknowledge organized Muslim support. At a time when endorsements are worn like badges of honor, no major candidate is looking for the Muslim vote." Falsehoods told to prevent the denigration of Islam, to protect oneself, or to promote the cause of Islam are sanctioned in the Qur’an and Sunna, including lying under oath in testimony before a court, and deceiving by making distorted statements to the media such as the claim that Islam is a "religion of peace." A Muslim is even permitted to deny or denounce his faith if, in so doing, he protects or furthers the interests of Islam, so long as he remains faithful to Islam in his heart. Also, Obama is seeking, once again, to validate, embolden, and encourage the followers of Osama Bin Laden and other terrorist groups by removing our soldiers from a battlefield where we have never known defeat. Worse still hundreds of thousands of craven unthinking Americans are more than willing to allow Obama-mania to permit Americas enemies to survive another day, replenish their strength, and strategize again how best to harm the United States. He must be stopped, don't get in the way. |
Posted on a different Thread, will Letterman ask the probing question ( s ) or ?
Barack Obama will be a guest on David Letterman's Show, Wednesday Sept 10th. It will be interesting if they discuss Palin as Letterman has been critical of McCain's choice and Obama has mentioned he is running against McCain, not Palin: http://lateshow.cbs.com/latenight/la...ow_info/pants/ According to USA Today, this will be Obama's 5th appearance on the show |
So let me get this straight. Obama IS a Muslim??

You still have not answered my question...which law discriminates against someone's religious beliefs or the color of their skin? Please do not change the subject that you brought up. |

Barack Obama received at least some instruction in the Islamic faith of his father and went with him to the mosque, but that doesn't necessarily make him a Muslim, although some Muslims may disagree. Actually, radical anti-Americanism, rather than Islam, was the reigning faith in the Dunham household. ... Barack Obama is a clever fellow who imbibed hatred of America with his mother's milk, but worked his way up the elite ladder of education and career. He shares the resentment of Muslims against the encroachment of American culture, although possibly not their religion. He has the empathetic skill set of an anthropologist who lives with his subjects, learns their language, and elicits their hopes and fears while remaining at emotional distance. That is, he is the political equivalent of a sociopath. The difference is that he is practicing not on a primitive tribe but on the population of the United States. BO and his poorly run campaign tried to frame his childhood story without using the word ‘Muslim’ to describe any part of his upbringing. The narrative was a tough sell from the start, because both his father and step-father were Muslims and attended their respective mosque for prayers. He points out in his books that his step-father wasn’t a devout Muslim, but he was still a Muslim and not a Christian. His campaign would have been better off by just acknowledging his Muslim roots and pointing out that he converted to Christianity in his 20s. Instead, they decided that the word ‘Muslim’ was too negative for public consumption, so they did their best to downplay his Muslim roots. Essentially, BO now looks like he would do anything to get elected and that’s a little disconcerting to most of the electorate. So far, he’s thrown his Muslim roots, his Grandmother, his hateful Reverend Wright, his anti-war supporters and yes, even Hillary Clinton all under the bus. So if you are a true supporter of Barry Obama, you have to be thinking to yourself.. ‘When will it be my turn?’. Bottomline - there is sufficient doubt to rule him out as a future POTUS and the American people will get that done in November. Reply |
