Well, they go into office to serve their community. All they do is serve themselves. Forget the white collar prisons. Send them where Bubba lives behind bars. Those that are suppose to protect those they serve. Should get the largest sentence possible. At least a crackhead on the corner isn't pretending to be something he's not.

What an a-hole. I only hope justice is swift and sure. Besides serving as an example to other politicians that think they are above the law, swiftness will let our hired authorities pay attention to the next one in line. :mad:
If Ryan got 6 years, this turkey should get 12. So the next guy knows 24 isn't out of the question. Another strike and you're doubled. :D

Now I wonder what the Governor of New York will do since he may have to appoint a replacement for Hillery. I am not sure abut that as I don't know how they do it back there. But this guy really deserves to be kicked out of the country. As for being surprised, no I am not surprised by anything a politician does any more.

CNN was on in the break room as usual while I was eating lunch. He was holding a press conference and said that all the wiretap and other evidence reminded him of Nixon and Watergate. My first thought was that Nixon was conducting acts that were criminal, so are you saying you are guilty?

Help me out with this
I am not a political animal, and as such don't understand this at all.
How can he sell a Senate seat???? What does this mean, aren't the senators elected to the seats????? And even if he sold it to someone (like selling the Brooklyn bridge) wouldn't everyone clearly know about it?????
I don't understand this at all. HELP !! :confused:

The way I understand it is this, Obama currently holds the seat (elected) once he takes office as President, he will vacate that seat and according to Ill law, the governor appoints someone to that seat until the next election to fill the slot for the remainder of the term. The next election the appointed person would have to run to keep the seat. The governor, was wanting people to pay him for the appointment. Not money going to the state either, to his personal bank account. |

Fox News posted the comments from the Governor .... unbelievable !! Let`s hope he is toast ... but who knows . He`ll probably find a way to squirm out of it .
Too bad we can`t clone Vlad the Impaler , give him an unlimited supply of stakes and turn him loose !!
