If I posted something with Move On as a source I would (quite rightly IMHO) get blasted by the righties on this forum. I don't know if you would be one of them, but that still does not make the source a good one. WND is nothing more than a right wing rant blog in the guise of a news source. Their fact checking is lousy, and I have seen a number of their 'articles' torn to shreds by someone who actually gets all the facts before jumping to conclusions about how evil the boogyman-of-the-week is.
You have 14300 potential sources - please find one that actually has some credibility.

The Presidents job is to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States. Right wing crystal balls have proven horribly defective in the last 8 years so you may want to hold off judgment until he actually fails something of note.

Not at all. There is some current Congressional support for it, and I personally am against it. However, the truth is that the bill has been languishing in committee since 2005, and nothing new favouring this has been introduced since then.

WND tends to exaggerate, omit facts, and misconstrue, so using them as a single source is usually not a good idea. In this case they are simply trying to keep the base all riled up with a red herring, even though there is nothing on the horizon at this time regarding this (and Congress is a bit busy). Congress needs to be watched at all times, but there is no point in crying over milk that has not even been poured into the glass yet.

Oh, and http://thomas.loc.gov/ and http://www.govtrack.us/ might be a better way for you to keep track of this stuff.
