Hi all,

Merrill Miller visited on Saturday to see where I was at. For those of you that don't know he's built 3 Shell Valley kits in the time I've been building my 1. Well, Merrill looked it over, shook his head in wonderment, and offered kind words of encouragement....

.....he now knows why my build has been taking so long, aside from the obvious, down time because of lack of funds, illness, and pure overwhelmedness (is that a word...LOL), the fact that I have had to FABRICATE all kinds of STUFF..

just ADDS to the FUN

Well, after he left I tried fitting the cockpit, which I had modified to add foot room, only to find that my measurements were evidently off, and now it doesn't fit

soooooooooo, now I have to modify the modification to make it fit

.....oh well, what else is new

Stay tuned as Days of My Build continues......LOL

Earl,

I think you should keep this documented and write a book about it when you are finished.
