Do They Have No Shame?

I am appalled at the stupidity and outright criminal actions that are currently going on in both parties in Washington DC.

But it warms my heart to see nothing like the current situation here in Mass.

Our illustrious governor "Yes We Can" Patrick just appointed one of his friends and political supporter ($$$ contributions) to a job.

OK, so there are still patronage jobs.

The job pays $175,000 a year. WOW.

The job title:
Assistant Executive Secretary of Health and Educational Facilities Authority. WOW. What a title! To me it sounds like "Chief Janitor".

One minor little item that really does not need to be said if you are a Democrat.

That job has not been filled for over 10 years.

What a crock of crap Governor Patrick. They should throw you in jail with Barnie Madoff and Barney Frank.

That is going on all over the country now that they have unlimited bail out funds. The longer the job title they make up the more pay they get.

It must be a real trip living in MA and not liberal. I just wish the politicians from MA would just STFU once in a while - we really don't need the in-our-face BS all day long - could you do something about that?

On the subject - it seems natural and human to provide jobs for your friends no matter what job you may have in life. Politics is no different - either a friend needs a job or a contributor needs something. Of course, filling a job at that level at this time is more than passingly strange.
