They finally realized what everyone else knew...they were full of sh!t. There weren't no money to keep...folks stopped visiting the Big Foot Visitors Center.

True, there is no money in Northern Calif. If we could just stop the Southern Californians from coming up here and stealing our water we would be happy. With the lake so low and the Summer coming on, even their money and power isn't going to get them more water. People in this area learned a long time ago to live on low paying jobs when they shut the logging down.

Uhh...Mexico DOES have a bunch of oil. Trouble is, the state owned monopoly PEMEX) is in charge of it!
