shine turds= the diplomatic dance we do, like to NK, we give them aid. we talk nice and the guy there running the country is just plum crazy as a loon. i would prefer the attitude we give or did give to cuba. the big middle finger. we prolong the agony for years until its 10 times the problem it was originally.
