Our SDI effort (well, its called something else now, but it is what it is) needs more testing. NK is providing targets (half the cost of a test) so I say, save some $$, and attempt a take down. Who cares if it misses? We will learn something valuable to improve the system. It's gotta work on real missiles, right?
I forgot. Bammer doesn't have the balls to do it.
