We Choose The Moon - Apollo 11

Right now 40 years ago we were in Stage 3.Fixing to slingshot out of Earth's orbit and then on to the Moon !

Here is a great site to watch.It has gone from lift off and will go to Monday the 20th.Man walking on the moon.

I have been on the site all day watching and listening to the event as it happend 40 years ago today. Right we are in 8 hours 12 minutes into the flight. Seems like Mike Collins did not like his marks on the gimbals. They are ready to do into a BBQ roll at 3 revolutions an hour.

Good video Jams. To bad we had to give up the exploration of space to turn into what the country is today. But I have hopes that in the future we will go back into space.
