Just got an email the other day that is a bit confusing on the parade lap situation for the Historic Festival. Looks like they want to give us a 10% group discount and park us near the midway with "no time" for parade laps...
The other events they seem to have time for us though. Not very logical.

As far as I know we still have green light for May. I will followup with the organizers soon to confirm. We are at a disadvantage to some of the other clubs because they have less concern about weather conditions... I also get the impression there is some kind of push-back over replicas...

Just got an email from Lime Rock regarding Memorial Day weekend. The list of cars getting to do parade laps and park in corrals does not include Cobras. Should I presume were not on the list?

Honestly after their response in regards to the Vintage Festival I let it go. They need a commitment and I know if there's a 30 ft. long cloud over PA you won't drive your car up. :rolleyes: |

If there's no Cobra event at LRP the world won't end. You,re right, if there's a chance of rain I probably wouldn't take the snake. But there must be 50 to 100 Cobras (maybe more) registered in Connecticut by now and I like to think that it's not my fault that we're not going.
I'll be at LRP on both Saturday and Monday over the Memorial Day weekend. I hope to see you guys there. The racing should be terrific. Get your tickets at AAA - big discount.
