Default Fall Foliage Tours?

Are you Cobra guys planning any leaf-peepin' tours you wouldn't mind having a few Austin-Healey tag-alongs?

Great! Maybe something in the Green Mountain State. The British Invasion is planning non-event tours the weekend of 11-12 Sept in the Stowe area.

I am game! Depends on precipitation however its great to put on the miles.
Up to VT sounds great too, even if only to Stowe and back.
Anyone else?

Rick
Lets stay in touch as I know Karl Davis would prefer to drive vs a car show as do I. I would much rather burn hi-test than donate the $25 fees for a car show I leave early from.

As of this date several tours are being discussed all starting in or around Stowe with stops to eat. I'll keep information coming.

We will do our annual Green Mountain Cobra Fall Foliage Run on Oct. 3rd. If you are interested you are welcome to join in. Healys are welcome. I used to have a Sprite that 5 dollared me to death! Our organizer for that run is Dr. Joe Paydarfar. He works at Dartmouth Hitchcock in the upper valley. If you are interested give me E-Mail addresses and I'll put you on the list. We do runs on Saturday with Sunday the backup day.

Our membership is mostly based in Mass., CT and RI and the Stowe area would be an overnite for us, which most don't want to do because of the virus. But Mohawk Trail or south of Concord might work. Jeff, we'll have to figure out how to get together.

Sounds good unless we have snow which means salt which has happened in early October.

Ok VT guys and Rick,

What does Saturday look like this weekend?
I know the local guys are headed to a car show, I am thinking a drive is better suited for the day.

Is there a drive plan up in VT, no further North than you address?
Maybe lunch then the NH few would head South?

Karl and I would leave this area by 8am getting us up there around 10:30am?

Your call as its your area, we are guests and are willing to make the treck to either. We just request that we dont head North to Canada......
By map it looks easier for us to meet up St. Johnsbury?
Drive/ lunch type of thing?

No drive to Canada!

Possibly a tour from St. Johnsbury to Newport. Good places to have lunch there.

Nice paved two lane roads. Beautiful country with early foliage.

I can be reached at my business -802 472 5541

Rick

The Oct ride may be postponed as up that far North they get ice early and possibly snow. Lets take advantage of the great weather!
Karl and I are in, meet John in St Johnsbury VT.
Maybe meet
Lunch
Little ride and back South?

You in? I just tried to call.
