John I lived in Stowe for 10 years and moved to Williston (25 minutes away) about two years ago. I plan on commuting and I'll bring the trailer and leave it in the High School parking lot if the weather is threatening. There are a lot of hotels in Stowe in every price range. The cruising and evenings in town should be a pretty good time. Stowe has hosted several HOG rallies in the past so the noise shouldn't get the town police too excited. Every August turns the downtown area into a big car show during the Stowe Antique Car show and Friday and Saturday evenings downtown are as good as the formal show. Should be a really fun time, but if he doesn't advertise soon I'm not sure how much of a turnout he will get a week after the Summer Fun Run at Lake George.
