I just hope the Patriots go undefeated for the entire year and win the super-bowl. That will stop the two-faced critics. But I think the fines and draft choice loss was too little. They should have suspended the coach for a few games for being stupid and getting caught. I'm sure the guy taking the video got a new a$$hole ripped into him by the owner and coach.
I'm sure just about every team has done the same thing in the past and they are glad that they did not get caught. :JEKYLHYDE

Warren, I'm sure you are right. I agree with you! Me personally, I don't think there should be any conditions upon the loss of the first round pick. But I also don't think they should get ANY first round pick since they did have 2. The coach should have been suspended at least 4 games! Roger Goodell is trying to be strict and change the way people persieve the NFL. How do you suspend a player for CHEATING using HGH steroids for 4 games. But you don't suspend a coach for CHEATING? Doesn't make sense to me! that player i'm refering to... The patriots own Rodney Harrison. Suspended 4 games for HGH... AKA.. cheating!

Cheating by trying to steal signals is not breaking the laws of the country ... just the NFL. But buying and selling steroids on the "black market" is another story completely.

Cheating is cheating! Goodell has been talking about "the integrity of the game" if you let one cheater go and suspend another... where's the line? Only if it's illegal in the country?

Yes, cheating is cheating. But breaking a state or federal law carries additional penalties. And who said anything about "let one cheater go". |
