Ron,

Just tried again. Now my email address has been "BANNED". Weird!

Bob In Ct 03-18-2008 10:08 AM

Mine too! It might be my "yahoo" address.

Bob

Hey Ron I hate to see you with a dilemma like that, I can help. Which one would you like me to drive there for you?

Hey Everyone,

Thanks for the responses. Last week I put a deposit on a Backdraft from Vintage Motorsports. Jay and Brian have been great with me and patient while I did my research. Cobra should be ready by the middle of June. Just in time for the Summer. I can hardly wait!! Look forward to meeting everyone along the way.

Hey Catt770:

Was just down catching up with Jay and Brian today. They're going to take great care of you!! Be sure to post some "pics" once you take delivery on that new baby. Enjoy!! :MECOOL:

Oh great Bob. Now you've found a REAL cobra to hang out with and us FFR guys will never see you again. I've put over 200 miles on "this season". I'll be at the Rock often and looking into F1 Grand Prix Du Canada if I can get a box trailer.

Bob and Dave,

I'm not sure what is going on....I received a post from a guy with a Yahoo email and he registered with no problem. I'm just not sure what is going on. By any chance did you try a different forum name in case the one you attempted to register with had been taken? I know its unlikely but it is worth a try. Hey Mick, no problem. Take which ever one you want and just leave something of greater value with a full tank.

Ron

Ron,

Guess we will need to buy a FFR limited edition #198?

Kidding, I can tell you that my name 1985 CCX was pulled from service on FFCobra. I now use my older name as it still works.

JBCOBRA 03-19-2008 09:47 AM

When is the Cobra REV-o-lution? I have heard great things

Ron H. 03-22-2008 04:49 AM

Bob in Ct was able to register on FFR.com....said it was his mistake. I haven't heard of other problems although I know that a lot of the Forum names from the old software did, like yours Jeff, revert to previous names.
So when are your ordering "old 198"

Ron

Track Days in the Northeast

Sports Car Drivers Association (scda1.com) has a full slate of track events of the coming year. They run at NHI, Lime Rock and Watkins Glen. They are Cobra replica friendly if you have a decent car.
I plan to do a number of events this summer. I've had great times with them over the last couple of years.
Any interest?
