Fall Cookout and Foliage Run....... October 4

I'm sure it won't be the extravaganza that Steve (Sleekcraft) and Henry (Cobra Dude)......used to put on....... I mean no pulled pork and smokey burnouts on the driveway, but this promises to be a great time all the same. Ron (RE 63) has offered his house in Shrewbury (near Worcester in case you guys didn't know) for a fall cookout followed by a backroads tour to and up Mt Wachusett. Frank has weighed in with a driving tour that sounds really great....providing he doesn't get us lost. But then again, we can always stop and ask for directions, right Frank?

Those of you who used to attend this event in the past know what a great time it is. Upwards of 30 cars were in attendance last time it was held. Ron will provide the burgers, hot dogs and whatever and the rest will be pot luck. Once we start getting numbers we'll tip you off what to bring. Saturday, October 4th is the scheduled date with the rain date one week later on the 11th. This location should be great to get a large group including some of the New Hampshire guys and also allow for various caravans from all points. It may be a bit early for the foliage but one never knows. See you there.
