elgecko 02-21-2006 07:33 PM

One less Ferrari for our Cobras to play with.;)
Darn it.

Yetiman 02-21-2006 07:45 PM

Another Enzo split in two... Not the first on. They get more rare all the time !

Tongue Pirate 02-21-2006 07:48 PM

Didn't a 16 yr old girl wreck one in L.A. about a month ago?

elgecko 02-21-2006 08:02 PM

A yellow Enzo was the first.
A red one was wrecked and burned in Houston.
Another red one was wrecked in Tampa, Florida
Check out http://www.wreckedexotics.com, what a site.

What a bunch of BOZOS!!!!
THATS their big news story???
You've got the actress wannabe with the ever deepening clevage (so much for professionalism) who worked really hard for a whole 7 mos. at jerkwood j. school to get her news reader degree and then "sucked" up to the right executive producer to get her really important job about reporting a couple of drunken morons busting up their rich boy toys.
Of course the guy with the bad hair transplant was enjoying his fantasy about reporting from Iraq even though it was nothing more than the dumbsh!t comittee racing at ridiculous speeds on public streets.
Heres an idea, actually do some real investigative reporting instead of glorifying the acts of a couple of irresponsible a$$holes.
The "news" media as they like to call themselves, are nothing more than a bunch of lazy a$$ self promoting, self involved wannabes!
Go back to communications school and actually try to learn something other than "looking" important.
Jeez, forget the "high speed idiot comittee",... that Ferrari hacker ought to be dead, those "new readers" are an embaressment to the word journalism.
Just my $.02 worth.

Sounds like an opportunity to rebuild 2 cars from 1 **)

OCsparky 02-21-2006 08:45 PM

2 cars from 1 now its starting to sound like a csx car.

Yetiman 02-21-2006 09:03 PM

Wait ! I bet the VIN plate and title survived !

Tongue Pirate 02-21-2006 09:11 PM

What your suggesting is blasphemy%/ :D

ERA289FIA 02-21-2006 09:40 PM

at least it isn't a classic, it is replaceable. I hate watching movies where they destroy beautiful classic cars. (in gone in 60 seconds i hoped nick cage just went to jail rather than jumping that car, even if it was a replica).
The people who crash these works of art doing stupid crap don't buy them for the fact that they are magnificent machines. they buy them because their neighbor bought a maybach or something and they got p**is envy and needed somthing shinier. It's not a technological marvel or anything incredible that deserves care and appretiation to them. its a thing to show off and nothing more.:( well, there is my rant. lineslinger, yours is good too :) then again, I talk to my car too much(the neighbors stare) :)

Bet the insurance writer is crying the blues - unless they have some clause
about drunken driving. Shouldn't be too hard to get a blood match on the
airbag.

Why the big uproar?!? Nothing a little Zaino can't cover up.... :3DSMILE:

Plus, all over the world, all the other Enzo owners are cheering wildly and clinging champagne glasses!

Tongue Pirate 02-22-2006 06:56 AM

No doubt! Can I have the engine & tranny?

ERA289FIA 02-22-2006 10:18 PM

hmm, 289fia w/ enzo engine and paddle shifters. I would have a smile on my face right up until i hit the wall at 200mph. and probably after for that matter.:)

Tongue Pirate 02-23-2006 08:14 AM

YOu make it to 200mph in a cobra you may be floating more than driving;)

CJ428CJ 02-23-2006 11:46 AM

You gotta love this. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=8040875409

Be sure to read the Q&A. At least the seller has a sense of humor.

lineslinger 02-23-2006 12:01 PM

CJ428CJ,
THAT is American ingenuity, I'll bet the guy gets his 50 bucks too.

Yetiman 02-23-2006 04:35 PM

More of the story...

RedBarchetta 02-23-2006 05:46 PM

Q: Does this item come with a warrant for removing evidence from a crime scene?

A: No, that will be a separate auction.
