Great job everyone.
That was a great turnout today. A BIG thanks to Justin for his efforts for getting things set up. Sutter and the Shelter were both very appreciative.
All of you who participated and contributed nice gifts at one or both drops today can sleep well knowing that you helped out a lot of people to experience a little better Christmas this year. GREAT JOB EVERYONE. HAVE A GREAT CHRISTMAS and NEW YEARS. :) |
Some of us commented, there were not as many kids looking at the cars as last year - the thought, and hope was, there were not as many kids in the hospital. Talking to my wife just now, who is a nurse at Sutter, said that it is quite the contrary - they ward is packed and the kids are in much worse health than last year and could not come down. It was good we parked where we did so they could look out the windows. I'm sure the gifts yall brought down will go a long way in making them feel a bit better and raise there level of happiness.

A BIG thanks to everyone who participated today. You guys did an awesome job. I think we had 26 cars, 40+ people, and as usual, way too many toys to count! :D Today you helped bring joy in to the lives of many children who really need it. You made a difference today. May God bless you all.
