Just to let everyone know, I was contacted by a representative of the hospital who wanted to contact the media about our event. I certainly don't want any personal publicity, and would rather not act as club spokesman (Duane, Phil, anyone?), but I told them that it was OK with me.

Hi Phil, yeah I've attended every year since the very first year and just now realized I may have confused myself with the homeless shelter drop we did one year prior to the Sutter run. That was the one where we had all the names and ages staying there but it was about 6 or 7 years ago and it was right in the heart of downtown. I remembered once I realized we did not bring the Cars to that one, just loaded the SUVs with bags of new clothes for families staying there during cold winter times. See you Sat. D |

Just confirmed with Perkos, they will have spots reserved for us, with an employee guiding traffic and keeping our spots open.

I also know of another car that is coming with a passenger.Having the media there is not a bad thing, always good to have positive PR. I think the turn out will be good this year, see you all there!

Since we both work for the company, we can both get up there and say a few words for a very worthy cause. Bring your santa hat.
